  1. Hi, The filter that you need requires multiple queries. And the web gui can't handle that, at the moment. This is something that we are aware of and that's being discussed. Can't giva any guarantees, but hopefully we could get even better possibilities for queries in future release(s)of ftrack. In the meantime, as mentioned by Julian, you could use the API. Regards, Johan
  2. Hi Paulo, You can't do it exactly like that. But you could maybe use a query filter: https://help.ftrack.com/en/articles/2423068-filtering-using-api-like-queries Using "DAYS", like in this example: status_changes.date > "{DAYS(-2)}" Regards, Johan
  3. Hi Julian, Thanks for updating. Good to hear that you found what you need. Regards, Johan
  4. Hi Julian, It is currently not possible to customize the create project dialog using configuration. You can however replace the create project dialog using a custom action: https://help.ftrack.com/en/articles/1040523-configuring-server-options#override-the-default-create-project-behavior It is technically possible to build a custom create project dialog using the default as a base, as that is open source. Regards, Johan
  5. Hi Paulo, North Star shouldn't be added to the project in that way (because of the role). But should get access to the project when tasks are assigned to that account. If you assign a task to this account, do you see it in the list of people on the project? When you assign/unassign tasks to this account, do you get notifications? Regards, Johan
  6. Hi Jen, Welcome to the forum. Could you please verify if you are logged in to Connect on multiple machines using the same account? Both Mac and Windows? Regards, Johan
  7. Hi John, Thanks for additional information. I see what you mean. In the meantime, maybe a filter along with the "Shots view"? Regards, Johan
  8. Hi John, The "Group by" is not customizable at the moment. But a change of this behaviour has been up for discussion. So I have added your feedback to that task. In the meantime, would the "Shots view" in the spreadsheet help you in any way? Or maybe a filter? Not sure exactly how you would like it to display? Regards, Johan
  9. Hi Paulo, Yes, you are correct. Those are not part of newer versions. Regards, Johan
  10. Hi Paulo, I verified this according to your settings and it works like it should in my environment. So the configuration looks good so far. Could you verify the settings for the project team? North Star should be in the list on the tab Project Access as long as tasks are assigned to that account. Also verify the settings on the tab Organize team. And just to verify, could you go into System settings/Workflow/Task boards and verify that "Not started" status is set for one of the columns. I think that you should still see number of tasks even if that is not set, but please look at that as well. When you assign/unassign tasks to this account, do you get notifications? Regards, Johan
  11. Hi there, Welcome to the forum. You should be able to get the values for that. Could you let me know how you are using them, when not getting a value back? More information can be found here: https://help.ftrack.com/en/articles/1040474-using-custom-attributes Regards Johan
  12. Hi there, As Erik mentioned, we do have this as a feature request. I will add your feedback to that task. Regards, Johan
  13. Hi Sanchia, Welcome to the forum. Development is looking into this behaviour during autumn. Looking at enhancement on the filters. Will update as soon as we have more information about the progress. Regards, Johan

  17. Hi John, Couldn't see the image, but think I understand from the subject. There's no possibility right now to disable uploads to the web gui. But we have seen this request earlier and are discussing a change in this behaviour. I will add your feedback as well. Regards, Johan
  18. Hi John, Development will start looking into this behaviour and the current limitation. I will update as soon as we have more information about the progress. Regards Johan
  19. Hi John, Thanks for updating. Regards, Johan
  20. Hi John, Ok, so you have created new objects with certain custom attributes that you would like to use? The spreadsheet functions are available on task attributes. A change of this behaviour has been considered. I will talk to the team about it. Regards, Johan
  21. Hi John, The spreadsheet Functions are available on tasks. Could you please verify that you can see the menu there? Regards, Johan
  22. Hi Rick, I will contact you regarding this, through our support channel. Regards, Johan
  23. Hi John, Yes, correct. This can be done on "Team" on the project. Regards, Johan
  24. Hi Janine, The import will look at the value. So if you want cloth in your example, value1 should be entered in the scene render import column. Could you please test that and see if it works like you want? Regards, Johan
  25. Hi Tony, You can have multiple connections against the Eventhub. Are you having multiple scripts using connections against the hub? With the same account being used for the connections? We recommend passing auto_connect_event_hub=False when creating a session if the event hub is not going to be used: http://ftrack-python-api.rtd.ftrack.com/en/stable/api_reference/session.html#ftrack_api.session.Session We can look further into this, but need some more information. Would it be ok to continue in the support channel? Regards, Johan
