    • Hey everyone, I'm new to ftrack and trying to get a handle on managing multiple projects at once. I'm running into a few issues and was hoping some of you could share your strategies and tips. Here are a few things I'm struggling with: Prioritizing Tasks: With so many tasks across different projects, how do you keep track of what needs to be done first? Resource Allocation: How do you make sure you're not overloading your team members while still getting everything done on time? Progress Tracking: What are the best ways to monitor the progress of each project? Are there specific ftrack features that you find particularly helpful? Communication: Any tips on maintaining clear communication with your team when working on multiple projects? Meeting Deadlines: How do you ensure that all project deadlines are met without anything slipping through the cracks? I also check this : https://forum.ftrack.com/topic/1092-manage-multiple-projects-including-a-task-watch-list and informatica bdm But I have not found any solution. I would love to hear any advice, tools, or features within ftrack that you use to make managing multiple projects easier. Thanks a lot!
