Hello! In my resourcing I have an issue with it falsely telling me availability of certain teams resources, but like in most VFX team much of our teams are made up of freelancers who are only booked for a certain amount of time. What have people put in to show people are only booked up to a certain date? Thank you!

Hi! Is there a way (this probably will have to be in the API, but I'm not much of a coder) of associating a rate with the individuals and when they've logged their time I can have a column that will give me the actual cost? I get requests all the time for the data, but have to do it manually atm. Thank you!

Hi, We were testing out sending to a colleague to be a collaborator for a client review. They left some notes on a shot - we don't want to keep those notes on the system. The notes come up as from 'unknown user'. We can't seem to delete those notes.

Hi! I'm bidding a on a project and as I'm testing out the schedule I'm assigning some tasks. I would like the the task assignments to be hidden from the artists. How do I do that? Thank you!

Same! Any update? It's really frustrating that it pauses the videos when you are trying to take notes in the player. There needs to be a playlist notes page that can sit outside the media player.

Is there a way to have a Gantt chart set up that shows percentage of project completion by shot?

Hi! I've created several milestones for different shots. I've linked the shots as incoming to the milestone. When I'm in the project view and I select 'Group by Milestone' - it only shows me the individual milestones. Is there a way to have it have a drop down to see the shots/tasks linked to the milestone? I'm think the milestones need to individual set up within the shot (and if so how to a create milestones for multiple shots)? Thank you!

@Benn So that would be a no? The video only allows you to plan against resources that are registered 'Users'

Hi! Is there a way to create assignees for tasks that don't exist as users? I'm trying to plan out how many people I need for a project - so I need to see how many 'individual' assignees I need. Thank you!
