tokejepsen
Hey, I would like to see the processors being optional in Nuke Studio, so you choose which output you want. Maybe even better would be to generate tags for each processor, so the user can tag the track items with different processors.
tokejepsen
I did some experimenting with ftrack-connect-nuke-studio and found you can fairly easily support this workflow; https://bitbucket.org/tokejepsen/ftrack-connect-nuke-studio/branch/processor_tags_workflow With this workflow the user can decide how each track item should be processed, which also means you can register all the processors when launching. Even better is that you can easily develop new processors, and get processors contributed from the community. It also paves the way for more advanced tagging workflow. For example you could tag a specific frame for a thumbnail, or tag a sequence for generating a client review.
Mattias Lagergren
Good stuff and I really like the idea. We've investigated the idea of having tags to represent the processors but never implemented it. Would you like to put up a PR with this?
tokejepsen
Sure Will do one when I get back to work. We'll need to discuss the implementation of associating the processors with the tags, which currently I don't think it very future proof.
Rory
Hi, Just following up on this ... How would I add this functionality to Nuke Studio - ? As far as I can tell I would need to change the content of common.zip ? or am I missing something? Thanks Rory

We are still to review this PR, meanwhile you would have to run the branch (or fork) of @tokejepsen
