Mani Varma
Hello, Recently we've been facing issues with the ftrack plugin not loading up along with Maya instead an error message on Maya Console "SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED". After this the plugin never loads on the specific machine, it's the same error all the time. Adding the error message below, is there anyway to get past this? Quote C:\Program Files (x86)\ftrack-connect-package-1.1.1\common.zip\urllib3\connectionpool.py:857: InsecureRequestWarning: Unverified HTTPS request is being made. Adding certificate verification is strongly advised. Lorenzo Angeli
Hi @Mani Varma From the outputs it seems you are using connect-package version 1.1.1 , would you mind trying with the latest 1.1.2 version ? Overall though, the error you are having is usually generated by a python version lower than 2.7.9 Please let us know how it goes. Cheers. L. Mani Varma
Hi @Lorenzo Angeli We are using Maya 2018 which has Python 2.7.11. I switched to Connect 1.1.2 and the problem still persists. This issue didn't happen at first but has grown in numbers, ftrack never loads once the error shows up for the first time. Lorenzo Angeli
@Mani Varma would you mind opening a ticket with support@ftrack.com providing the logs from ftrack-connect and any relevant information about your setup, so we can properly have a look into your issue ? Thanks. L.
