It worked fine when we use the internal network in our studio, but it cannot be launched when using an external network. We use 210.61.162.99 for the external network and 192.168.20.193 for the internal network (Please see the attached file). But it appears that the location of ftrack.server cannot be recognized when we use the external network. Can we modify the system setting so that the ftrack.server can be recognized by both networks (without changing the IP address of ftrack.server)? Could you be setting up / buying a domain/subdomain name for this instead? https://ftrack.twrglobal.com -> 210.61.162.99 from external https://ftrack.twrglobal.com -> 192.168.20.193 from when resolved from internal Would that work?
