Remus Avram Posted August 31, 2016 Report Share Posted August 31, 2016 Hi all, If I create a new task in ftrack using Web interface during the ftrack-connect opened, the new task doesn't appear in the ftrack-connect browser. I think this happened because the data is cached. Is it a refresh time running? In order to get the data updated, we have to logout and login again, which sometime is confusing. Cheers! Lucas Correia Posted August 31, 2016 Report Share Posted August 31, 2016 Hi, The entity browser in ftrack connect will not automatically refresh when a new task is added, but there is a button which can be used to reload the data.
