scenario problem!

Hello, I have a question about the local storage,  I have configured scenario:

You have already configured a scenario: ftrack centralized storage.
If you want to update the scenario settings or switch to another scenario, click here.
Advanced users may want to inspect the raw JSON parameters for debugging purposes.

However, when I re open the ftrack-connect, here an error occurred

The storage cenario has not been configured for your operting system. ftrack may not be able to store and track files correctly.

Hi,

From your screenshots I can see that you're using windows. Can you confirm that you've configured the storage scenario for windows machines (i.e. set the mount point for windows correctly).

hi Mattias, I have configured the storage scenario for windows machin. (i.e. X:\Work)

That was odd, could you try and see if it makes any difference if you use double backkslash \\ or singel \ ? Alternatively see if it works with /

I've discussed this with the team and it looks like you've encountered a bug. We're working on getting out a hotfix for this
