We cannot upload .mov files using the web interface right now because there were too many files in the queue. We tried to delete some files in the queue from ftrack server but it seems there’n no way to remove files from the server. Is there any way to empty the queue? Lucas Correia Posted May 15, 2017 Report Share Posted May 15, 2017 Hi, It is currently not possible to remove jobs from the interface, but you can access them from the API - API Example - Mark stalled jobs as failed.
