Lindsey Posted April 13, 2017 Report Posted April 13, 2017 Hi ftrack, Our studio uses cinesync to review the media files on ftrack, but we can only review the encoded .mp4 files. Can we review the original (.mov) files when using the integration?
Lucas Correia Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 Hi Lindsey, Last I heard Cinesync did not support playing back the original media from ftrack, but where looking to support it soon. This was back in August 2016, so it might happen that they do support it now. Cospective has developed and supports the Cinesync-ftrack integration.
