Adam Tennant Posted June 8, 2016 Report Share Posted June 8, 2016 In the documentation under backing up/restoring it says that you should stop the FTrack service before restoring the SQL backup. To stop and start the service, follow the example below: # Stop ftrack service. /sbin/service supervisord_local stop # Backup or restore data... # Start ftrack service. /sbin/service supervisord_local start Regards, Lucas Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
