Disable manual timelogging for users

Hello,

Is there a way to disable the manual time logging in the Ftrack UI for some users/roles (or everybody)?

We want the logs to be managed by code, and avoid the users setting/changing their entries manually.

 

If not, would it be a difficult feature to add to Ftrack?

Thanks for writing in, we'll be happy to help out here. Currently, it isn't possible to disable the time logging. However, we've definitely heard from our community that this would be a very useful feature for those such as yourselves who want to manage the time logging programmatically. 

In your case specifically, would you say it's more important to disable it for individual users, or would you want to simply disable it for everybody?
