  1. Hi Mark, Thanks for posting this and apologies for the delayed response here. While we've build CustomAttributeLinks to scale with large datasets there is one limitation to be aware of, and that is that there is currently a limit of 50 entities per link, so if you create a link from shot to asset build, you can only link a single shot to 50 asset builds. The limit only applies for a single shot, so you can still link 50+ shots to different asset builds individually. I'm not sure if that is a deal-breaker for your scenario, as you mention an asset could have potentially hundred of links over the course of a production run. Outside of that though, creating these links shouldn't have any noticeable impact on performance and we've build them with the intent to scale up with larger datasets (though it would be great to hear if you've noticed otherwise). We're still in the early stages of this feature-set so it would be great to hear how you intend to use this and if there are further improvements we can make here, as we're continuing to iterate on the functionality. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to give us a shout. Cheers, Andrew
  2. Hi Yu, Hope you are well, may we confirm are you running an ftrack site that is hosted or is it manage locally (on-prem)? Please let me know as theres slightly different ways of cleaning these up depending on your sites type. Let us know and we'll get you sorted. Cheers, Andrew
  3. Hi Folks, Thanks for your continued interest in this feature, unfortunately this still isn't currently possible, though we've heard from multiple clients who'd love to have this. We've been looking at different ways to approach this though and have been pondering with how we to handle all downloads since the number of versions in a playlist can vary drastically. One thing we're curious to know more about is that when you want a guest to be able to download all versions, is this because you're specifically sending them a playlist for them to download all versions, or is it more from the guests side (e.g some clients prefer to be able to download your versions for offline viewing or to construct into an edit?). We're curious to understand more about these use-cases as some of those problems may be better suited to separate features where we can make the experience better, rather than riding off the back of a *download-all* button. Please let us know, and happy to explore this particular feature in more detail with anyone. Cheers, Andrew
  4. Hi @Samuel Lee you should have now received an invite. Apologies for the delay there.
  5. Hi @Francesco Campobasso, you should have just received an invite. Give us a shout if you have any problems accessing.
  6. Hi Kristin, Thanks for the update here, just updating this post with what we'd talked about in slack for the community. Unfortunately our Product Trello board is no longer in active use. We’re currently working on a new system with the goal to be able to allow users to submit and vote on things we are building, as well as giving greater insight into our roadmap than was possible with the old system Sadly I can’t give a definitive ETA for this yet, however in the meantime feel free tor reach out to support@ftrack.com with the specific features and use-cases you are wanting to upvote. Our support team logs all requests so it would be great to capture any use-cases you have so we can get it in-front of the product team. In your case here I've added your voice to the request around exporting these dashboard views. Apologies we don't have a better workaround in the meantime, but we'll be sure to update the community here once we have a better way to have visibility on the status of these requests. Cheers, Andrew
  7. Hi @Byron Nash thanks for writing in, we'll be happy to get you sorted. A lot has changed in our integrations feature set since this original forum post so we'd love to hear which aspects of the integrations you need help with and the team will be happy help out. As you are currently evaluating, feel free to drop any questions to support@ftrack.com and we'll do our best to get you sorted. We'll also report back anything that may apply to this thread as well. Cheers, Andrew
  8. Hi Jan, Thanks for writing in here and apologies for the delayed response. It's great that you're looking to hook ftrack up to Power Bi. I should say upfront a task like this would definitely require a good understanding of the ftrack API, if you aren't too familiar personally, do you have access to someone at your studio who may be able to help you implement this. I'd love to know a bit more about your use case here, since there are various levels of implementation here. For example, you could use the ftrack API to read the data from a specific entity, and then pump that into power BI. Things will quickly get a bit more complicated if you want to query multiple entities and entire record-sets across ftrack. Sadly there is no direct connection to the ftrack database, so would be needing to use the API to extract this data. However if you wouldn't mind elaborating on what kind of data you've be looking to represent and what kind of result you are hoping to get our of power BI, I could see how best to advise here. Cheers, Andrew
