  1. Hi guys,

the feature that notify us with a mail when someone is adding comments to a review is very useful.

But when creating many comments, this generates quite a bite of useless mails. As I am the author of the comments, I don't need a notification to know that I have juste created a comment. What about an option to disable mail notification when you are the author of a comment?

Btw, our team really likes the new features for the overview in the 4.3 release. Keep on the god work!

  2. Hi,

I think I may have stepped on a unwanted behaviour about versions status : when creating a new version, its status is the first of the selected status in system Settings → Schemas → My_Schema → Version.

If you reorder the statuses (System Settings → Statuses) and move an another status used in your schema one top of the first one used and then save, the status of new versions will change accordingly.

This is not true for tasks that are always created with the Not ready status (or so I believe).  As a result, this is not intuitive at all for versions.  It could be handy to be able to explicitly chose which status is the default one, for tasks and for versions.

So in your example I assume that Daniel is assigned to tasks on "PROJECT", even though no time has been reported on that project in April?

Yes, Daniel is assigned to tasks on "PROJECT". He indeed didn't work on "PROJECT" in April.

The User breakdown report will show time for accounts that are assigned to tasks on a project.

So I may have misunderstood the use of the User breakdown report. Isn't the intention to show the amount of time worked by every users on the selected project only? Am I missing something here?

There is a filter that allows to select only users that have logged time, but this seems to take all projects into account and not to be limited to the selected project.

  4. Hi,

Project breakdown and User breakdown or showing different results. The issue is apparently in the User breakdown view.

Here is the Project breakdown view for Daniel. Daniel did not work on the project labelled PROJECT in April. Project breakdown is showing correct results.

But on the User breakdown view, when only PROJECT is selected, all hours logged by Daniel appears.

  5. This is a good idea that we are also looking forward to use.

Here is a current use case we are facing : we are working on a show that contains several episodes, and we are working on different episodes simultaneously.  When creating a client review that contains shots from different episodes, we would like to be able to group those shoots depending on the episode they belong to.

Right now, we can instead create a client review for each episode, but as AlbertoGz said, this would lead to a huge list of client review thus a huge number of associated mails.
