Lately, we have seen someone deleted a task under a product in our production project, it is a critical issue. We would appreciate if you could tell us how to trace the activity and who committed it, may be its in the logs or something? Daniel Fleming Posted July 5 Report Share Posted July 5 Hi TJ all these types of urgent queries are best to be sent into support at ftrack.com. currently there isn't a way for you to restore the data but support cna help you do that. if you supply the name of the project and what was deleted, and when it was deleted we can restore those for you. in order to restore it is also important that the objects and tasks that were deleted are not recreated with the same Names otherwise there will be a conflict when trying to restore. you can use the api to query for deletion, but it is not shown in the UI.
