Query about Ftrack Cloud User Access Control

I have a question concerning Ftrack Cloud.

 

We've thoroughly reviewed the documentation you provided regarding user roles and permissions. According to the document, we can restrict a user's access to specific projects. However, we are concerned about allowing artists to access Ftrack outside the organization. This could potentially pose security risks since we upload images and videos to Ftrack for review.

 

Could you please clarify if there's a way to restrict user access to Ftrack within our organization? If not, kindly direct us to any relevant help resources that might offer a solution.
