However we do have a small percentage that we end up having multiple tasks on. For example one artist does the Roto and another the comp. Or we have someone generating CG assets to be animated and comped in. I'm building our pipeline up from scratch with no developer help internally. I'm curious how other teams are managing the handoffs when multiple people are working on the same shot but different aspects of it? We have multiple After Effects projects but at some point they need to be merged together into one shot for final render. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
