Report ShotGrid Integration in Help Posted May 25, 2022 Hi fTrack Community, Having a hard time with the ShotGrid integration, and hoping to get more support from the community as I am getting no help form support@ftrack.com. I have downloaded the beta version for the fix, I have updated the legacy login, updated my API key. When I try to login via CineSync, I get the two factor authentication, once I enter the code I then get an authentication error. So we haven't been able to sync up our ShotGrid with CineSync for reviews. Let me know if I am missing something, or if there is an additional step that I need to take to make this work. Thank you.
