Tasks not populating as expected

I'm having an issue where I have created a shot and only one task appears in the column view where there should be more. Please see attached screenshots

Hi and welcome to the forums! 

It looks like you have added FX and LightComp as columns to the Spreadsheet. But the tasks you have on the shot are not of that type. You can add columns for Tracking, Animation, etc. by clicking the settings at the top right > Attributes > Task columns and then add columns of the corresponding task type.
