Remus Avram
Hi all, we get this info log almost every time when we run a script via the API: requests.packages.urllib3.connectionpool> INFO | Resetting dropped connection: ftrackserver Do we have to worry about it? Do we have to change something? Cheers, Remus
Mattias Lagergren
Hey Remus, this is not something that I recognise immediately. Does it happen for long running scripts like actions, or for all kinds of scripts? I will ask around the team and hear if it is a known issue. Remus Avram
Hi Mattias, thanks for your answer! A simple example is getting all the user names from ftrack. There are around 200 users. The script runs around 2 seconds.
Mattias Lagergren
I don't think this is anything you need to worry about. I've been discussing with a colleague and the logging statement you've got is most likely due the requests library's keep-alive feature on the active session. I.e. requests is keeping the session alive and reusing it for communication, at some point it drops it and re-establishes the connection again.
