Layout customization

I am a first time end user and have some questions regarding the customization of Ftrack.  Is it possible to create a more graphical layout as opposed to just a spreadsheet layout?  What is the best way to auto populate data entered on sheet across all of them?

Or are you looking for a Thumbnail layout of your tasks or shots? Right now you can only have thumbnail layout on the versions page. Let us know if this is important for you to have on the Shot page/spreadsheet
