jellymanfilms Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 When using the launcher and Hiero 1.8v1b1 and using the create shots I get this error message and the process hangs and only one shot is created in my project. Björn Rydahl Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Hi Eduardo, the current implementation expects the attributes fstart and fend to be available in ftrack for shots. Could you make sure they are still available in Settings->Custom attributes and have not been renamed to something else. It is important that the name is fstart and fend, the label (which is presented in the UI) can have any name. Let me know if you need more help with this and we can open a support case.
