Where can I download the localserver software for ftrack enterprise ?

Hi, there is a separate forum at the bottom called "Local installation" which you need an additional permission to see.

I have updated your profile with that permission, so if you refresh the page you should see it.

Thanks for your help.

I installed the software by following the instructions above, and i can access the web login screen of the software.

But what´s next ? Where is the adminsitrator portal of the software ?

 

I am a newbe on this system .

There are some information here on how to log in to your new installation: http://ftrack.rtd.ftrack.com/en/latest/administering/managing_local_installation/installing_ftrack.html?highlight=password

If you do not have a valid license you can contact support@ftrack.com with your company name and the MAC address of your server and they will issue a license for you.  As for learning more about ftrack I would recommend our documentation: http://ftrack.rtd.ftrack.com/en/latest/using/index.html

Dear, I am new to using the FTrack, and I was reading the document for the installation of FTrack on our servers as required:

CentOS 6
8 CPU cores
32 GB RAM
100GB disk space on RAID or SSD
Gigabit Network Adapter

in my case and installed in a virtual machine (vmware) then I want to download the latest version of FTrack the following link: http://forum.ftrack.com but can not find where to download it, I hope I can help to install the FTrack on my server.

pd: it requires a kind of permission in my account to download the FTrack?

Yes, you need a special permission - if you email support@ftrack.com with your forum username and account details we will help you with this.
