RV loads but cannot play the movie

Hello all!

 

We are trying to set up RV with fTrack, but we are having issues.

 

When we right click a shot and go to Review > Play Selection in RV it starts RV but I cannot play the movie. Attached are the errors I get.

 

How can I fix it? I tried to find answers about that on foruns but I do not understand much about programming, I found it quite hard to understand some of the solutions.

Hi,

 

It looks like you are trying to play web reviewable components in RV which we do not support at the moment.

Tweak added support to play web media quite recently so this is probably something we'll look into.

 

To use RV with your current version you'll need to publish versions and reference locally accessible files.
