ftrack action to create new version for exr file sequence

Hiya,

Is there a ftrack action to create a version up of the selected version. So for instance I have a shot rendered as exr and published as QT that we see in ftrack. I want to be able to RMB and create a new version from the selected one. This should generate exr and also publish the qt as next version. Is that possible?

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi @itotman, 

we do have an example event which ovewrite the publish function of connect to allow the use of ffmpeg to encode image sequences.
you can find the code here but is likely you'll have to further customise it to fit your needs.
