Mattias Seebergs Posted September 9, 2014 Report Share Posted September 9, 2014 Hi Thorsten, This feature has been present in ftrack but was removed prior to 2.0 because it was rarely used among our users back then. A similar feature is however part of the plans for the groups/teams feature (not sure right now if it will be implemented though). A solution for now might be a simple API script that gets all users (active or with a specific role) and then sends a message with the preferred method.
