katalina-w
Hi, First of all, we love the ftrackreview plugin, and it is now being used here daily! However, when a user tries to load an image sequence by using the "Load selected" button, it throws the following error:"An un-expected error has occured. Please contact the system administrator or your FTrack." Is there an issue with our setup or is this perhaps a bug? Thank you!Kat
Mattias Seebergs
Hi Kat, I'm glad to hear that! It is perhaps a bug. I will let a developer have a look at it and get back to you in this thread. Thanks for the report, Mattias
katalina-w
Thank you! I'm not sure if this is any help, but I just noticed that the console prints the following at error time. ERROR: event = frame-changedERROR: function = __lambdaa8a (void; Event event)
Mattias Seebergs
Thanks for sharing this. We are still looking into this issue. In the meantime, as a workaround you can double click the versions to play them but then you can't unfortunately load many at the same time into the player. We will keep you updated in this thread.
