Remus Avram
Hi, where can I found which browsers (including the version) are supported by Ftrack? I just installed Ftrack version 4 and the "Create Project" widget doesn't show up anymore. The browsers which I checked are: Firefox version 45.7.0 Chrome version 50.0.2661 Cheers! Sometimes the OS version of each browser has its own quirks which can show a bug in one OS but not others.

Lucas Correia
Hi Remus, Firefox and Chrome of recent versions (including the ones mentioned) should be both supported. Do you by chance have configured ftrack to override the default create project behaviour? If not, can you check if you see any errors in the browser console and open a support case with any information from the logs? We'll be able to help you more easily there. Regards, Lucas

I will check the browser console and open a support case with more information. Best, Remus
Lucas Correia
Just heard from a colleague that this might be related to an issue with cached templates that can occur on local installations prior to version 4.1.3. If you are running a previous version, either upgrade to 4.1.3+ or contact support for help with purging the cache. Regards, Lucas
Remus Avram
Ah, I always forgot to mention the Ftrack version where the issue occurs. For tests we are running Ftrack version 4.1.
JPrydz
Hi, Thanks for the update regarding the version. So did you get a chance to look at Lucas earlier update, regarding the default create project behaviour? And also check if you see any errors in the browser console?
