Status only visible for tasks

Hi there,

I cannot manage to see a status in the spreadsheet for something else then a task. How can I make that happen? Also only a task status is taken into account for the project completion level but not the status of an arbitrary object that is not a task.

Hi Goetz,

Welcome to the forum.

Regarding status, please hover over the status box, click the arrow to the right, choose "Cell formating" and "No summary".
Does that give you the view that you want?

Completion level is based on tasks.

thank you, the first part worked. I understand that the completion level is task-based. Maybe we have to design our structure accordingly.

As you can see in the structure, for us a "product" is something like a sequence-asset. Would it be more ideal to make each of our "products" be a task?

Hi,

It's not that easy to suggest a design.
But as mentioned earlier, completion level is based on tasks.
And task is the leaf in the structure.
So you can't create objects below a task.
