Remus Avram 54
Hi, If we upload web-playable clips to ftrack.server location with `frameIn` = 0, we are not able to jump back to the first frame when we review frame by frame in the web review. We are able to jump back to the second frame latest. If we set `frameIn` in the metadata of a component of a version to -1 we are able to jump back to the first frame. Mattias Lagergren 145
Remus, is this for in the internal ftrack review or the client review? If in internal, is it when you put them in sequence? At the moment we are not able to reproduce this.

Thanks, Jakub Hi Jakub, so the issue for us was that we set frameIn to 0, but frameOut the number of frames -1 (missed the calculations). Let me know if this fixes the issue for you. Cheers, Remus
Jakub Trllo 0
Hi, Yes but it is strange for me because it is 1 frame more. E.g. mov with 120 frames has `frameIn = 0` and `frameOut = 120` which makes 121 frames (with my logic). But it works, Thanks. Jakub
