Failed Export Jobs

Hi there,

We're trying to troubleshoot failing Excel, CSV, PDF exports. When exporting a small amount of data, it will add the job to the Jobs list and says Running for about 2 minutes before switching to Failed. I see you can access the Job through the api and see the submission info and status name, but no additional information. We've looked through the logs on our internal ftrack server but can't seem to find any errors to help trace the source of the problem. Do you have any advice as far as where to look or what could be causing the failures?

Hi,

could you open a support case ( mail support@ftrack.com )  and attach the log files listed below after having run an other failed export job.
 

/tmp/ftrack.log
/tmp/ftrack_reg_worker_*.log
/tmp/ftrack_cluster_worker_*.log
