ftrack review - image notes and comments with frame number

HI guys,

 

I've just run into a problem with ftrack revew in that when you draw on a frame and add your comment there's no way to know what frame it was taken from. This is really annoying, especially when you have animation that repeats itself and you don't know what frame the comment came from.

 

I guess there's a few ways to implement this but it's something that has caused confusion with working on a task.

The frame number is visible in the file name(frame_XX.jpg) which unfortunately is not visible in the UI.

The workaround right now is to right click and download the image.

 

A better approach would maybe to "watermark" the image with the frame number. What do you think?

To add to Carls answer, next version of Review will have slightly updated notes, where you will see the frame number in the note (as a hyper link that will take you to that frame)
