Every time I try to publish a project from Premiere, AE, or Photoshop I get a publish failure message with this in the details: LocationError: Failed to transfer component <FileComponent(ff607b92-1ac7-4c88-946a-cb099f014095)> data to location <Location("studio.central-storage-location", b302db0b-4ffa-4bef-9bb0-1209b21ee317)> due to error: Operation makeContainer failed: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'test_josh' Transferred component data that may require cleanup: I'm guessing I'm missing something, but I'm not sure what. Thanks for the help!
Hello, i have issue with publishing from photoshop. Ftrack publish will complete everything and send data to ftrack, but the path to the version file is wrong. The path always leads to temporary folder under the c:/Users/username/AppData/Temp/.. . Temporary appData folder also containts photoshop files, i guess photoshop is generating them, but the actual work files are stored elsewhere on server. What can i do, to convince ftrack to store user-related path, instead of photoshop-generated temporary files? Thank you, Stepan
Hello, We just started using ftrack and are testing it, so this is probably a noob question I just tried to install the extension for Photoshop. But when I click on Publish, it says Error: Unable to publish; Not connected to event server. Also when choosing an Action on the website I dont get Photoshop as an option. In the Photoshop extension debug info it says this: I also use Maya. Maya works. The thing is I got Maya installed on my C: drive , but all Adobe Programms are installed on my E: drive. I think ftrack connect doesnt find my Adobe programms, because they are not installed in the C drive? How do I tell ftrack connect to look for programms also installed on my E: drive? Or where do I change those settings from the debug info (user, entityId and entityType) ?
