Once you are running ftrack 3.3.37, you can simply just delete the versions or even projects to get rid of any files using up the storage. Bulk deleting only components is not yet supported via the web interface. Cheers

Hi R, both those views currently do not support column sorting, only manual sorting using drag/drop. That sorting is persistent and is the order they will appear in the system. I'll add a ticket to support both modes (similar to custom attributes in settings) where you can sort by column to find something but also enable manual sort when wanting to organise them. Hi, there is currently not a way to create your own login mechanism using the api. But we have received a lot of requests lately for that type of functionality and are investigating ways to implement it. For ftrack and ldap users something like you describe would work fine, but not for google logins since they would require some kind of web view. Let me know what you think. Cheers
