Hi Alex, Yes, you are correct. Milestones can only be assigned to users. How ever, relevant milestones should show up automatically users. If you like I can add the ability to assign Milestones to everybody, user groups and teams as a feature request? Regards Simon

Hi Justin, When the Desktop Notifications" option says "Desktop notifications off" and is greyed out/unclickable is usually a web browser issue. The web browser could be blocking the notifications for some reason. I would suggest checking your web browser options or try a different browser. Regards Simon

Hi Jen, We have some recommendations that you can find here: https://ftrack.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005309018-Performance They are written for the new Kubernetes setup of ftrack but it also aplies to the regular server setup, especially the database config. It's important to use the recommended config inorder to get the best performance. Regards Simon
