mira Posted February 19, 2017 Report Share Posted February 19, 2017 Hello, I would like to see Alert Past (Cell Formatting) only on tasks which are not DONE. Is there a way to do it? I know I can filter out all the DONE tasks but I want to see the full picture with everything DONE and everything In Progress or Blocked which is overdue so that I know which tasks to reschedule. At the moment, Alert Past highlights everything that is overdue, regardless of its status? If the task is done I don't need to be alerted. Is there a way to get around this?
