I have recently updated the DJV View action to be more flexible in other pipelines; https://github.com/tokejepsen/ftrack-hooks/tree/master/djv_plugin

You can now specify what files are available for the user to choose from.

I am trying to implement this plugin, but can't seem to get a list of files to pick from ?

Should it show a list of components attached to the task ?

I added 

ftrack.EVENT_HUB.subscribe(
            "topic=djvview.launch",
            modify_launch)

to the register method or should it be in the launch method ?

Do you mean you added that to https://github.com/tokejepsen/ftrack-hooks/blob/master/djv_plugin/resource/hook/djvview.py ?

Ahh, I see. Yeah, you can do that.

You can also have a separate python script in the same folder as "djvview.py", which contains "modify_launch ". Which might make it easier to update "djvview.py" in the future.
Or have a completely separate folder with "modify_launch " which is added to FTRACK_CONNECT_PLUGIN_PATH. This way is probably better if you are working with git.
